SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping:
To qualify for free shipping in the continental US, your total order amount (before tax for California residents) must be a minimum of $35.00. If the amount of your order is between $00.99 and $9.99, there will be an extra charge of $10 for shipping. If the total amount of your order is between $10.00 and $19.99, there will be an extra charge of $8 for shipping. If the total amount of your order is between $20.00 and $29.99, there will be an extra charge of $6 for shipping. If the total amount of your order is between $30.00 and $34.99, there will be an extra charge of $5 for shipping. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged extra $25 for shipping plus $0.2 per pound plus $1 per item. To Canada, we charge $25 plus $0.2 per pound plus $6 per item.
We do not sell to customers with billing or shipping addresses outside the United States or Canada. We encourage foreign customers to buy from a local dealer in their country of residence.
Internet orders within the 48 contiguous states will be shipped with United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Service. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS). UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Therefore, please provide a physical/street address in the shipping information fields when you place your order.
Delivery:
PLEASE ALLOW 7 to 10 DAYS FOR DELIVERY OF THE ORDERED ITEMS TO YOU.
Eden Filters does not deliver on Sunday or major holidays. Overnight Delivery is not available in all locations, including remote areas such as Hawaii and Alaska. Eden Filters will require a signature for 2nd-Day deliveries and Overnight shipments, as well as Ground Deliveries over $500.
By leaving a signed note you are giving United Parcel Service a permission to leave a package at the door, and you have relinquished Eden Filters and the carriers of any and all responsibility for loss or damage.
Missing / Lost Orders:
Shipments can be tracked on UPS web site. You will be provided by email the tracking number you will use to track your package once we process your order and even before the product leaves our warehouse. Replacement orders or credit for damaged or missing orders will not be issued until UPS has approved the claim; the claims process could take as long as 4 - 6 weeks.

RETURN POLICY:
All water systems carry a one year warranty, which covers repair and/or replacement of defective components, and does not cover damage or failure caused by misuse, labor or misapplication, or natural disasters. We will repair or replace any defective components which we consider "defective".
Eden Filters provides a 30-day, no questions asked, money back guarantee on all water treatment systems purchased. This guarantee does not cover cartridges, membranes, any products purchased from our Wholesale Department and water treatment systems priced $500 and up. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail or phone and we will issue a Return Material Authorization Number. No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition (not connected to the water). Otherwise a stocking fee of 20% will apply. (1) Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order. (2) The products must be returned in new, resalable condition. (3) You must include all packaging materials.
