This six(6) stage undersink reverse osmosis water system is similar to five stage RO but alkaline mineral filter 2.5x12" is added before final polishing carbon filter. This system is simply a residential machine for producing spring water . The owners of Eden Filters have this system installed in their homes and they fill bottles of water to take to work or school. The membrane used in the ERO-650-ALK system has a capacity of 50 Gallons Per Day. Water Stored in 3.2-Gallon pressure tank for fast delivery. Comes with faucet and tank. Fully assembled, Made in USA.
1st Stage Cartridge: 5-Micron 10" Sediment Filter (Part No. SF-1005, replace every 12 months); removes dirt, suspended particles and rust.
2nd Stage Cartridge: 10-Micron Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Filter (Part No. UDF-10, replace every 12 months); takes out 99% of the chlorine and organic matter.
3rd Stage: 10-micron Carbon Block Filter (Part No. 91100N, replace every 12 months); removes residual chlorine and VOC.
4th Stage: thin Film Composite Membrane (Part No. RE-1812-100, replace every 2-3 years); eliminates up to 99.9% dissolved solids, viruses.
5th Stage Filter: 2.5"x12" Inline alkaline filter (Part No. APTERA-2512-I or RI-2512W-BIO; replace every 12-24 months). Look at these items to see the ingredient and specifications. Mainly they have media that increases pH and lower ORP of water thus improving the taste.
6th Stage:10-Micron Inline Carbon Post Filter (Part No. AIC-RO, replace every 12 months); provides final polishing of water after the storage tank.
Storage Tank: 3.2 gallon pressurized tank. Faucet: TouchFlo Lead-Free, long reach, goose neck faucet. Auto shut off valve. Rejection Rate 92-98%.
