Thin Film Composite (TFC) reverse osmosis membrane manufactured by Osmonics in the USA. This semi permeable membrane is the heart of any reverse osmosis system as it removes dissolved solids and many contaminants.
The membrane has 1.8" diameter and 12" length and it is capable of producing 50 GPD of pure water. It can be used in any residential reverse osmosis system sold on this web site and many others.
To be replaced every 3-5 years depending on total dissolved solids (TDS) in the supply water. If TDS is less than 180 mg/L, replace every 3 years. If TDS is 180-250 mg/L, replace every 2 years.
