Free Shipping?

To qualify for free shipping in the USA, your total order amount must be a minimum of $50.00. For all customers in the USA, a minimal shipping/handling charge will be added when the total is less than $50. The higher the purchase amount is, the lower will be the shipping/handling charge (e.g., for $43 purchase only $6.00 is added). To minimize the shipping charge, buy more to reach the amount of $50!

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will ship by United States Postal Service (USPS). In most cases, especially when we ship by USPS priority mail, shipping will be free. However, shipping may cost us more to ship large/heavy items to these destinations. In this case, we may ask customers from these three destinations to pay the difference before we charge their credit card and before we ship. How to know the difference? We will check the cost to ship the item you ordered from Zip Code 93304 to Zip Code 60607 by US Postal Service (USPS). We will check the cost to ship from Zip Code 93304 to your Zip code by USPS. We may ask you to pay the difference! In most cases, when people order replacement filters, there will be no extra charge.

To Canada, we do not ship more than 6 pounds. Customers will be charged actual shipping but not more than the following; $20 plus $0.5 per pound plus $2 per item. After you place your order, we will modify the shipping charge if the actual shipping charge is less.

We do not sell to customers with billing or shipping addresses outside the United States or Canada. We encourage customers in foreign countries to buy from a local dealer in their country of residence.

Internet orders within the 48 contiguous states will be shipped with UPS-Ground Service or USPS. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped by USPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Therefore, please provide a physical/street address in the shipping information fields when you place your order.



Eden Filters does not deliver on Sunday or major holidays. Overnight Delivery is not available in all locations, including remote areas such as Hawaii and Alaska. Eden Filters will require a signature for ground deliveries over $500. By leaving a signed note on your door, you are giving UPS or USPS a permission to leave the package at the door, and you have relinquished Eden Filters and the carriers of any and all responsibilities for loss or damages.

Missing / Lost Orders:

Shipments can be tracked on the Internet. You will be provided by email the tracking number for your package(s) once we process your order and even before the product leaves our warehouse. Replacement orders or credit for damaged or missing orders will not be issued until the carrier (e.g., UPS) has approved the claim; the claims process could take as long as 4 - 6 weeks.

Eden Filters is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond our control and the control of our carrier, including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.
